actually after looking at the thing again, your lighting sources conflict. look at his back and figure out where the light would be coming from, then compre to how the shadow fall on the swords and then look at where the light source in the sky appears to be. all three are different.
You know, Ashe is right, the shadows are all askew. If the light is above, as indicated by the sword-hilt shadows on his back, his hands should be in the shadows of his wide cuffs, and the inside of his ear should be in shadow as well. His right arm's ventral side and thumb should also be in shadow, as well as his left cheek (from the hair).

composition looks good, nice and dynaminc.
lighting and modeling are weak so he looks a little muddy.
i'm not keen on the blood effect on the sword, but i think it's just my tastes and i don't know how i would have solved that problem myself.
overall, there's a nice "old school" jeff easley look, but the composition is definitely unique.
